Get the RT, there are Head intake and cam upgrades to get you into the mid 13s....

Remember too, if you go with the 4x4 you could always get a quad cab 4x4 2nd gen with a 5.9 so I'd guess it would be almost like having the best of both worlds just without the R/T suspension.

Well, as much as I would live to defend the "holy" r/t... If you're not into racing and you just want some practical power, grab you a 4.7 5 speed. Or better yet, what Dr. Bleed said, get the 4x4 5.9!!!
