kinda the same thing happen to me...i replaced alll my bulds (headlights, turns, side, tails, and fogs)

my blinkers flash 90 billion times a second
my low beams only work when my steering wheel is up
my high beams work reguardless of stearing wheel location
and when i replaced the flashers with used ones off a low millage one they still blink fast....

i posted about this eairlyer but no1 gave me any real imput so ur not alot i guess

Well, I know you have both a 1999 and an automatic transmission, but I would still give a look at THIS recall. (I don't know how differant wiring between 1999 and 2001 is).

I know there was a TSB (maybe even a recall) about crappy Central Timer Modiules (CTMs), but I can't seem to locate it right now. The CTM basically contols the headlights, wipers and the horn (amoung other things).

They can't seem to keep anything simply these days...
