Hey all,

I've been doing some checking of my own, but I figured it would probably improve my chances of finding info if I posted here too. I'm looking to find out if the 2004 Dakota shares the same parts as the 2003 Dakota/Durango, or even the 2004 Durango. The reason for this is because the 2003 Dakota/Durango look identical to the 2004 Dakota, and they've got a TON of recalls on them. I'm experiencing all kinds of recall-related (2003) problems myself, yet I can't find any recalls on the 2004 except for the wiper motors. These are the specific parts I'm interested in;

- Ball Joints
- Steering Column
- Battery Cables
- Instrument Cluster
- Underdash Wiring
- Brakes

As far as I know, the 03/04 Dakota is identical in build.
