Mod help!
First of all this is my first day here.
Need some suggestions on my 01 dakota R/T.
Well so far in addition to my mod list in my signature I have several things of order.. KRC 210X cam which is sitting in the garage, 1.6 roller rockers, 52mm BBK throttle body.. But I was needing some help deciding on heads and some different long tubes.. Those S&S headers really are crap about all the welds have busted and the collector on the drivers side broke off and melted the electrical lines going to the fuel pump and rear of the truck. I was looking at the Hooker Super Comp headers but I can't really find any reviews or info already posted from 2nd gen dakota owners.
Any suggestions or feedback is more than welcome.

I calculated my line of exhaust and I am building it.
In theory, the length of primaries pipes should alwaysbe at least 15 in and must be the same lenth, changing the length of the pipes tends to rock the power curve of the engine, around the point of max torque.adding length to the to the primary pipes will increase low speed and mid-range power ,with a corresponding reduction in powerat max rpm.
Shorter primaries give an increase in high power at the expense of a reduction in the mid-range.However there will be little change in peak torque or the engine speedat which occurs.
I hope that it will help you
