Default wet carpet

I own a 2002 dodge dakota and it seems that the carpet is always damp. It does not matter if it is summer, winter, spring, fall.

I have owned the truck since it was brand new it is a 2002.The radiator is not low and is not the source of the water.I first noticed it over the winter and thought that it was just water melting off my boots when I got in the truck during snowy weather. But it has wet all spring also.
