Default Engine sluggish after O2 replaced?

My engine was idling a little rough, the rpm gauge was going up and down just a little. So I replaced the O2 sensor (before cat). After replacing it my truck has had a couple of sluggish moments. Do I need to dissconnet the battery and let the computer reset?

I always reset the PCM after replacing any sensors
