hey guys i have a 97dakota v8 and recently theres been a clicking noise coming from the tranny or transfercase. i dont even want to think of tranny problems right now being as theyre such expensive jobs usually. the tranny shifts fine just it clicks real loud. any help would be awesome. im thinkin its something to do with the front driveshaft or fourwheel drive because when its in four wheel it jams really hard and skips kind of a loud clicking but shakes the whole truck it feels like. like something is half stripped out. any thoughts?
