Default RE: fuel filter

I havent done it myself but i heard is fun. The filter and pump are one assembly and cannot be purchased seperately. Its rare for the fuel filters to need replacing as they are more of a strainer then a filter, so there really isnt an element to go bad. I may be wrong though.

Default RE: fuel filter

hmmmm,

that is kind of what i thought. would be nice if they would have engineered this fuel pump and filter outside of the tank. i guess there are many suit and neck tie wearing engineers that find it a good reason to place the fuel pump and fuel filter inside the tank.

thanks for the reply.
