Cool Rear end wobble

Whats up guys. My problem is when im downshifting into 4th and 3rd and hitting the brakes the rear end tends to like shake and wobble. My hope is that it just needs either aligned or the tires balanced which i plan on getting done when im back up at school in two weeks seeing as i can get it done for $7. I guess my question is then does that seem like it could fix it or could it be a rear end thing. I just got the rear rebuilt in March so hopefully its not that. I tried braking with it in neutral tonight and i couldn't get to do it so its only when im downshifting into 4th and 3rd like coming up on a turn onto another road. Thanks for any input.

my vote would be to rule out the cheapest things first, if you can get your tires balanced, do that first. if not, check the rear end.
