you know that button in the overhead that opens you garage door? i need to know how the heck to program that to open my garage door. there are three buttons that look like this

If i knew i would tell you, but the best advice i can give you is figure out the Part Number/brand/w/e and google "how to program XXX to XXX" best of luck to you.

 

press and hold [.] and [...] until they start blinking at a different rate. That will clear all memory. if you just want to overwrite current hold your remote below the buttons. Press and hold the button on the remote and the button on the truck. Hold them to they start flashing very fast. Will take about 45 seconds to 75 seconds. The flashing should speed up after about 10 seconds but that is not the right speed. Should work after that. I have programmed a few different makes of cars and they all work the same. That is how we did it on our Caravan and town and country. hope this helps.
