Default Home Audio in truck

Is it possible for me to install regular house speakers into my truck. I plan on putting it on my back seat.

depends on what kind of speaker. if it has just a red and black wire your good you'll just either need an amp to hook it too or splice it into one of the speakers in the back of the head unit. i suggest an amp though.

id recommend actual automotive speakers. house speakers draw different volts and amps, can fry your system

whats the problem with putting a regular auto sub or speakers in your back seat?

not recommended. OHMS are different, won't sound right, hard to push with car audio amp.
you COULD hook them up and sound WILL come out...

basically, there is a reason that one is for home 110V and the other is for a car. just do it the right way, its not like speakers are THAT expensive.
