Default Whistling problem

I have a 2000 4.7L v8 dakota with dual flowmaster exhaust and about a month ago i noticed a whistling noise that seems to come from my engine when i hit about 30mph. As my rpm's increase the whistling noise gets louder and cuts out the noise my exhaust use to make. I have no idea what it could be. At first i thought it was my exhaust that was the problem but i took it in since it's still under warranty and nothing was wrong with it. I know this isn't normal so any advice would be well appreciated
