Default Bolt Pattern

i have an 2000 dodge dakota and i have a 93 ford ranger with 17in rims on the and i heard that u can buy rim adapters and switch em but anyone know the bolt pattern on a 2000 dakota ext. cab not 4x4 and how would u figure out the rim adapters im confused!

it's a 6 lug, and you can buy adapters/wheel spacers

rangers have the same bolt pattern as gen 1 daks. your truck is 4.5x6 and rangers are 4.5x5. just sell the ranger rims and pick up some 17" R/T rims

thnx 4 the bolt pattern. But anyone know which rim apadters would i need to switch em?

how do u measure wheel spacing? so i know how many inches i need to get the adapters lot of questions i know but i just wanna be correct before i buy something and can't get it to work.
