Default lowering the with blocks

Hey guys, i'm new to this site, heck i'm new to dodge trucks haha. but anyway i just bought a 2003 extended cab dakota 2wd. I was thinking i would like to level it out some, it has the foward rake to it, the front is lower, anybody know how large of a lowering block should do the trick? i was thinking two inches but that's just a guess. Also how does a truck with 2 inch blocks ride? is it different? any input is greatly appreciatted, Thanks.
