The manager Rick Proffit has agreed to "spoil" us, i told him i had a guess of maybe 20-30 Trucks showing up, and maybe 30-40 people. I told him i would call him back in a couple of weeks and give him a head count. He is a friend of my Dads use to go to High School together.

Im going to make a flyer in photoshop with everyone's banners from each site and the Info on the meet. So we need to make up our mind on the date.

He said he will print out flyers at kinkos to help bring in more business for the meet, and maybe have a few other clubs join us.


If anyone knows of any other sites to post this on do it! I want this meet to be HUGE!

if you do post it on another site, give me a link to the site so i can use the banner in the flyer im going to make and send to him.

So get the word out guys! Keep me updated on the headcount and sites, so i can give Rick a call back and let him know how many to expect!

If anyone has any problems with the date or time, let me know so we can work with it and try to fit it for everyone to make it.

Well I just found out today that Im going back to Fort Hood and I have to drive right through there my Grad date is Nov 19 so if they cut my orders on time and I can leave right after graduation I will be there .

 

I posted this to find out if anyone was interested i didn't want it to be cluttered with how many hours its going to take to get to denton from your location.

This is a serious meet, and i need a head count by next week so i can let Rick know at hooters.

If you can make it or "think" your going to come let me know. Ill add you to the head count.

K so i need a total headcount, or estimate on who is coming. Im calling the manager tomorrow morning, and sending him a flyer for the meet so he can bring in more people.

So far i have people coming from 5 other sites, about 20 on one, 5 on another, and about 7 or so on another, and 1 or 2 or so.. so so far im thinking about 30 or so from just the other sites.. maybe more.
