Default Emissions Question

Hey guys. I requested a build sheet of my truck from Dodge and just got it and like I remember from the one I lost before I have all the extra goodies I wanted like heavy duty brakes, suspension, tranny, ect. There is one thing I have a question on though. It says it has California Emissions. Is this something that all the 4.7's have or is there emissions stuff that would help MPG or performance I could get rid of since I live in PA. I have the two cats, one off each collector then one main cat that I got replaced with a Hi Flow Magnaflow. It says it was US Dealer Retail in Philly so its not from Cali. Anyone know anything about this I'm not to worried about it just curious. Let me know also if anyone wants the link to get a build sheet of their truck.

That is kind of interesting, but the only difference should be in the PCM software.
