I have a 1999 Dakota Sport Ext. Cab and I'm trying to remove the rear panel on the driver side so i can replace the speaker and have more room for my sub box. I got most of it popped off but the seat belt is in the way. How can I remove this?

theres a screw under the plastic cover pull it and you should be able to pop it off
