Lol on the tailgater.. but really it was rainging all day and night this past sturday night and i was coming onto a bridge and got a lil sideways cus its in a curve.. well i held it and got it straight and slowed down to get off the bridge out of another curve well that one even tho i was going slower it got sideways again and this time i could not save it i guess i hit some standing water when i was riding it sideways and it just spun me out of control and sling shoted me into a concrete pole whicn i hit with the rear bumper and i broke that pole in two and the bed got slamed up against a wooden transformer pole wchich i took a chunk out of with my rim if u look close in the pics u can see it... so needless to say I blame it ALL on DRAG RADIALS i had some incidents before with them and knew better but i guess things happen when u least expect it or when you think you know what to expect that is.

Might i add that i was heading for those poles head on but i managed to continue my donuts to hit them from the back first so i saw it coming and prepared for it and i saved the heart of the truck the 5.9 WOOT!

 

if you lived closer to ohio i would buy the 360 off you. however, you said you cracked 1 rim, what about the spare? I'd love to get my hands on a set of 4 r/t rims if you still have 4 good ones. sorry about your luck, Ive never had drag radials on my truck but i have had 2 completely bald goodyear eagles back there before and i know it can be rough, even with a 3.9.

 

Nope i dont have any decent RT wheels anymore.. a rt buddy picked up the two rt wheels with the drag radials tonight. But when they take it to a junk yard i will be able to get that engine and tranny for you if you want it. provided you take care of picking it up unless price is negotiated different.. i wouldnt make much considering id have to buy it from a junkyard tho so consider that as well. They only have 59,302 miles on them anyway. But depending on how much the junk yard wants for them id want to get about $3,500 for the motor. and the front clip which u may need a new bumper cover id take $2,000 And if anyone wants to make a Solar yellow RC RT i can get the cab and sale it too. Id prob take depending on the junk yard again id like to see $2,500 for it. and if they will sale the whole truck to meh ill buy it all and sale the whole thing for $5,000 Provided someone comes and gets it.

Eveyone before replying to this post please take into consideration this is not my truck anymore and for the simple fact im pulling numbers out of my wahzoo.. and you must take into fact that these are very hard to find parts at least down here anyway. Even one tail light from a junk yard for a 2gen dakota is 50 bucks... and i will know more once they come to get it and it goes to a junk yard.

 

if you can buy it back for anything around 5k or less... DO IT!

Post it on here, dakota-durango.com, dakotartclub.com and dfwdakotas.com and im 100% sure you could make atleast 8 or 9k off of it.

interior, front end, engine, tranny, extieor parts ect.. they will be bought very fast.. down to the ash tray! No joke..

i already told you i will buy alot of stuff from you, i have a friend that lives in Florida he can pick it up and when he comes back up here, i might see if he can bring it or send it to me.. lol.

 

Thats cool then, i will have to see what i can do though.

 

If you do decide to part it out I would like to get a few things off of you as well. My dad lives in Evergreen so I could get him to pick the stuff up for me.
I hate to see a RC R/T go. Especially one from Alabama seeing as how there aren't too many of us on here. At any rate, PM me if you do decide to strip it.

 

hey I will be going to south florida in april and I have to drive right by pensicola that and I have family that lives in pensicola . I would love to see if i could get the rear axle.
