whenever i replace a serpentine belt on any vehicle, i always replace the idler pulley(ies). good preventive maintenance.

 

IMO that bumper is....... gross

 

varsis's truck is gonna be hella wicked when its done and that tick could also be the evap control solenoid or somethin like that at least on my engine i have that noise. you can hold your hand on it and feel it vibrating and it gets faster and louder the higher the rpm's the only way to fix it is to replace it and even then they can come noisy brand new so its hit or miss. that may be something to check before you drive yourself nuts trying to find it

 

i don't need any bumper, and the truck is getting together.. currently don't got a lower valence... lol but it's been snowing

One more thing to weld for the front. Leaf springs in, and it's good to go...
