i know dodge dumb down the water temp so people dont freak out when it starts moving up and down but does anyone know if theres a way to bring it back to life? do i just need to replace the sensor with a race style one or is it more the cpu?

 

Its the PCM that makes it do that. It samples the coolant temp and shows the average value over a given period of time. Works fine, just not 100% accurate.
