Default Pulling motor... Wiring harness help

Hey guys im pulling my 3.9 to swap to a 5.9. I was wondering if you guys can give me a bit of advice on the wiring... Do i disconnect the injector plugs the coolant temp sensors and all those plugs on the motor and push the harness out of the way? Or is there a big clip which I can unplug and pull the motor out with the wires all on it. The reason i'm asking is because i've pulled the wires off half the motor and the big wiring harness doesn't seem to want to move.

you should be able to pull the harness from the pcm,
you should be able to just pull the pcm entirely for that matter since you're not gonna be able to use it for the 5.9

so basically unbolt the pcm and rest it on top of the motor and pull it all out?

youre gonna have chassis harness connect to the pcm as well. all the computers onboard the system must communicate with each other.
