Default Front end issues Still!

Front end whine/humming.
I have taken the truck out for drive to "load test" the front end. When driving at 60-80km, if I turn toward the right, which loads the left front tire the whine gets loader, if I turn to the left, which loads the right front tire the whine goes away.
So....
I replaced the left front Bearing/Hub assembly thinking it was the front left bearings, once finished I took it back out for a test drive. No change, still getting the same whining noise.
Whats next??? CV joint??? could this make the same noises??

Air pressure right-tires in decent shape? Hear any clicking?(that would be the cv joints) shocks leaking?

No other sounds at all, only the whining/humming.
New winter snow tires on it now, and the summer tires were new too, the whining was the same with both sets of tires on,,,
