tow hitch question.

mytow hitch is frozen in and wont come out how do i get it out? I spayed pb blaster on it and let it soak and hated it up with a torch and it wont come free after hitting it with a sludge hammer. how can i get it out?

hook a chan to and and hook it to a tree and give her hell if that dont work sometimes they have to be cut out
