Just wondering when putting on my summer rims, do I really need to install the plastic centering rings on the axel?
When I removed the summer rims last fall, to install my winter tires, two of the rings got damaged when I was removing them.
So do I really need to order new ones, or will the tightening of the lugs be sufficient when installing the wheels like we would normally?
