Default Patch Panels

Wondering where i can buy a patch panel for a drivers side rear wheel opening for an 01 dakota. It has started rusting thru above the tire. Seems like every 2nd gen dakota I see here in central N.Y. rust in the same spot. I dont even know if they make them. Chrysler wants to sell you the whole box side. Didnt really want to go there. TIA Kelly
