i find duallys to be worse on ice

 

IDK. only thing that made ours hard on ice (weighed 7000 pounds dry, had a 454 and 410's) was the hydroboost would like to lock up and what not from low pressure. Actually lost almost all braking ability once and almost nose dived it into the creek at school, that's right on the end of a T intersection. principal was watching and asked what happened, i said sarcasticaly "You wanna try?"

another time, it backfired through the carburetor going through the parking lot. They thought a gun went off.

at homecoming, i was ridng with my buddy in his 4wd ranger. we parked right next to that creek. turns out, we got boxed in 3 rows deep- only way out, was through the creek.

It ended in a nose-bottomed ranger, a real muddin truck pulling us and another SUV out, and the van parked 30 feet away from the creek (there's a house there) had a bunch of mud on it's side. When the muddin truck was pulling my friend backwards, he was WOT 4 wheel drive in reverse. was a "you hadda be there" moment.

 

yea ive been there done stupid **** like that before and mud does fly pretty good

 

lol sweet stories... we sold a tiburon during a snow storm (we sold more during snow storms than all of spring/summer combined) which still had the summer performance tires on it... basically after 5 guys tried to get it down to get gas, they were stuck so i had to take my truck and drag it back to the store... funny as **** since i would randomly gun it and spray snow through their open windows

probably another "you had to be there moment" but it makes me laugh still
