Anyone with a service manual have a removal procedure for the upper door hinge on a '97 ? Looks like there is a bolt coming from the inside of the chassis? There are two I can get to from under the hood but the third is coming from somwhere under/behind the dash? Doesn't look like a stud as the head is smooth.
