Default busted rear end

i accidentally posted this in the gen 1 forum but does my rear end have more in common with those than the newer trucks?:

so i was backing up down a drive way. left tire fell off. Big Crash. pushed it back on to the road and there was a puddle of oil. i figure i busted the axle housing? how much yall think this is gunna be?

gotta get under there and look. did it fall off from the hub ( lugs came off) or did the axle shaft come out? either way youre gonna need to start measuring. and checking for true straightness of the axle.

depends on if u do it yourself or take it in. if u take it in yah your going to have to make sure of any issues with straightness cause u know the shop will try and tell u everything is bent and blah blah. i have no idea on parts tho.
