About the position for a 4 channel amp, I placed my 4 channel infinity reference under the passenger seat.

Thats where my mono sub amp is, ill probably just mount it under my driver seat or when i get my bedrug ill make a small encloser and put my n2o bottle, battery, and amps all in the back...
