put a new waterpump into the truck today, that bypass hose is a bitch sort of. any way the metal hose that goes to the heater core, I just put the gasket on it and some atv and bolted it back into place. I could not find directions for it and took the old one out and it appears they did the same is this correct. thanks richie. ps the new hose had no threads you would think it wiuld screw back in there. the old pump was the origional and had no threads either.
