Default injectors 1,2,3,6,7,8 open

I have a 2000 Dakota with the 4.7l motor and for past couple months my check engine light is going nuts. The codes tell me that every injector is open except one and also bank#1 system is to lean. How could this be posible if the truck is still running pretty good? Anyone out there ever have a problem like this? I'm guessing its a wiring issue and lucky its the monitoring side not the control side but if the system is seeing a lean condition it must think there is less fuel. I just wonder where the lean condition is actually getting measured at or is it just calculated in the computer from the injector feedback voltages? I'm waiting for warmer freaking weather here in Pennsylvania so I can actually trace some wiring out are there any good places to find wiring information?

3" body lift + 33" tires

did you change your gears to 3.50's or numerically higher? If not....that would throw all kinds of codes from the engine being under load.

I bought the truck like that, far as I know the gears are stock but I've been running this setup for 5 years or so never had problem until recent. I have had problems with cupping of the tires though.

cupping is your tire pressures, shocks, and alignment (over inflate + soft bump number + toed in = bad). My dad's 2005 1500 also cups.

not sure on codes, then...
