ok so i got the 4.7 and i was wondering if a new larger tb would make a difference, like if i got the 70 or 72 mm ones?

 

any substancial gains preformance wise? exhast sound? gas mileage?

 

I put the 5.9 TB on my 3.9 and noticed quite a difference. More than I expected thats for sure! Its bores are only 2mm bigger, I assume thats 2mm per barrel for a total of 4mm bigger than the V6.

I think youd notice it mostly in the higher RPMs and in the throttle responce. See my sig for my other mods, they all help each other. Maybe my TB swap made the difference it made cause of the other stuff Ive done.
