I have a '95 Dakota with 97k miles on it. When it hits 30 or so it sounds like the engine revs and then kicks low again. Is this the tranmission skipping? I read in the owner's manual that the truck has a built in fuel saver. Is this the fuel saver kicking in? Thanks.
