so do you have a 3.9, 4.7, or 5.9? That might help a lil and depending one which engine i'd say superchips.

My old Dak had the 3.9 but it was too old to take advantage of the plug-n-play tuners.....it was a '95 model. But the Superchips does include the 3.9 in its list of engines that it will program. If you are going to go with the tuner I would recomend the Superchips model 3815. It's a flashpaq and it's internet updatable. Like TheePlaymaker and magnethead said.....Superchips is the way to go as far as a Dak is concerned. Also from what have read...the V-8 TB on the 3.9 does help.

yea im probably gettin that before headers, im having a hard time finding a 5.2/5.9 throttle body though mostly cuz all the junkyards around here have 4.7s motors in them, i just dont know if i need to grind the intake to match the bigger opening, i would imagine that i would have to get the full effect of the bigger tb

4.7 is a COMPLETELY different deisgn. 1 68mm blade versus 2 48-50mm blades....

yea i know those wont work, im looking, and i just read the thread that rtdakota2001 posted about grinding it down and boreing it out i think im guna try that too whenever i find one cuz he said he got a big boost in throttle response on his 5.9 so the 3.9 should get an even bigger boost, hopefully

you need the V8 throttle cable FYI.

I'll probably do a complete step-by-step + pictures + FAQ when i do mine, since we seriously need one for a sticky.
