does anyone do any towing with one?
if so how much does what you tow weigh and how does the v6 handle it?

Well with my old 99, 3.9L, 4x4, 5speed, i used to put one snowmobile in the bed hook up to a 2 place inclosed snowmobile trailer with 2 sleds in it, and with 3 people in the truck also, reg cab, it pulled everything great. with no problems, it just didnt like slowing down.lol

put a decent bolt-in class 3 or 4 hitch, and go hauling. First gear is a big tall for a real heavy load, and you're limited on tongue weight, but i'd say it's good for 3-4,000 pounds? Like red said, towing will be the big thing. Trailer brakes highly reccomended for the heavy ones.

Pulled 6000lb with mine (8X16 enclosed with 6 HD's). Barely noticed it. Tandem axle trailer with weight dist hitch.

i pulled a tandem axle u-haul trailer pack full of all my stuff all the way to ohio (900 miles). with my 3.7 dakota. it loved life the whole way.
