Real poor mpg question

Pretty much. Our 454 dually @ 7,000 pound curb weight gets 10 MPG....

98 with 5.2 v8 4x4 average of 15mpg. New dual magnflow exhaust 9mpg I cant keep my foot out of it now.

I usually average 9-10, that's with my lead foot. If I drive "correctly" my stock exhaust got 15, new flowmaster gets 18. More of a jump than I thought.

Mine has 167XXX on the clock and will get 18 hwy and 15 city, just like it did with 1,000 miles on it. It isn’t the most powerful or the best MPG engine but it is consistent and dependable.

il average 15 mpg (mixed, so sit on it **** pedal ) with my 3.9. 19-20 if i baby it, speed limit, warmer weather, etc. long hauls ive done in the past with about 700 pounds loaded, i averaged 24-25 mpg. go figure.

Usually the math says 17-18 MPG, overhead is closer to 15. But i cram that tank full (when it starts burping out the breather tube, i stop) so it's hard to get a decent reading.

i do the same thing, as long as you do that every time then your math should be right.

thats funny bc they say 'YOULL GET ALL THIS POWER AND GAS MILLEGE' but the sound is addicting adn thus u hit the gas harder adn for longer

ya its a truck, it gets bad mileage... i get between 14-16 and have been for the last couple years... every once in a while with a ton of highway i look at maybe 17-18 but then again i cruise at 85-90 the whole time...

according to the overhead, i know that at 115mph i get 3 or 4mpg. lolz. should be better with my new hood. hehehe.
