Default Clutch hydraulic problems

Clutch started giving me problems the other day. No matter how far I push the clutch, it will never fully disengage.

When I push the clutch down, there isn't any resistance until close to the end. Before, there was resistance the whole time.

I checked the fluid reservoir and it was full.

What could these symptoms mean? Master/slave cylinder? Could air have gotten into it somehow?

I've also heard that bleeding the clutch system is a nightmare

might be air in the system,
to bleed it, remove the cap from the reservoir, pump the clutch a couple times, make sure you're not blowing the fluid out the top,

that should get the air out, not sure, i've never had to bleed mine but i've done it at work a couple times

if that dosnt work it could be the master/slave

Thank you!

I did what you said, and I also tried raising the clutch pedal up past it's resting point and then pumping it, and I think they both helped.

I set my video camera pointing at the reservoir and recorded while I did this, and I saw bubbles come up and the fluid level drop a bit, so something must've happened lol

Anyway, thanks again!
