I was comparing the intakes of my 2000 3.9, and the one on my 1999 5.2 thats going in this weekend. I noticed that on the passengers side of the 3.9 intake there is just one port, and its not being used(has a rubber plug over it) and on the drivers side there are two ports being used(one going to the valve cover, and another up to the brake booster.)

Where do I put these hoses on the 5.2 intake? The 5.2 intake is Identical on both sides with two ports on each side - a large port and a smaller one right below it (both the small ones have the rubber plugs.).

I have cruise control, the truck is a 2000 4x4. If needed I can post pics of what I have.
