at home, police response time for a domestic disturbance was 38 minutes.

in a foot pursuit, they probly couldn't make it 100 feet.

the news covered the PT for dallas proper police- 8 year olds, on screen, were passing the test. It was like 8 push ups in one minute and 10 sit ups in one minute.

i do 130 butterfly crunches every morning...in 1:30
havent done speed pushups in too long
but i can do 10 ish one armed ones (each arm)

this is all on a good day though

 

i can do 20 no hand push ups like the Zohan
