Meguiar's makes a product called Plast-X that does OK on fairly light discoloration on headlight lenses. If it's really bad, 3M makes a kit that contains chemicals you apply with a buffer attachment on a cordless drill and you use different grades of sandpaper to buff and restore the lights like new. You can get a similar kit at Wamart and Advance Auto Parts that you use by hand, and Napa sells one too. They cost about $20.00. I have no idea how well they work but I saw a TV show where they used the 3M kit and it worked great, at least it did on TV. There are also professional headlight cleaning services you can have done, but it is really expensive, it costs about $300 retail here in Florida. It's usually done thru the Service Department at the Dodge dealership.
