Exclamation throttle response delay

I have a 2001 dakota, v8 4x4. with 114k miles on it. It has a k&n intake superchip and exhaust. During highway acceleration or anything about about 30 when i push down on the accelerator nothing happens its almost to the floor then it jumps from about 2400 rpm to 3000.

and sometimes when in stopped it starts to shake and rpms drop a little.

Whats wrong?

I kinda had the same problem a few years ago, when I was at highway speeds my truck would pull 600 rpms. Felt like the trany was going. Long story short, It was the Throttle Position Sensor...just a thought
