Default Passenger carpet wet

I got a 98 dak club cab and today I noticed after I washed it my passenger carpet on the floor was wet not soaked but I think the foam sucked most of it up. I didnt tear into it yet and not sure where I should be looking. Where is the most common place for it too leak?

Cant be rad has stayed at the same level since I brought it home. Is it possible that water is getting into the cowl and some how getting into the cab?

early GM trucks did that. if leaves clogged the cowl, it would drain past the heater core area onto the carpet.
