Default Steering issue

Hey guys been a while since I've had any problems but one came up last night. I was turning around on this road and i turned left and heard a little pop and then the whole way back to school my steering was stiff like i had no power steering. Fluid is good and there is no leaks could it be the intermediate shaft u joints or something? I live with two kids going for mechanics so were gonna take a look at it a little deeper later but I'm really not sure what it is.

The Chrysler power steering pumps are notoriously junk. Have someone watch your front tires as you turn your truck on, most likely they'll do a little shift to one direction about a 1/4-1/8 inch. Mine was doing that, its the internal valve system. I've never taken one apart but from what I've experienced and heard they are junk.
