i'd consider the back bumper more than the front for a 2wd and thats all i think haha

to what extent ya'll think i could count on that hitch on the bumper possibly?

All depends how structurally strong it is and how it mounts. I would assume that it bolts to the frame like a tow hitch, and that the bumper itself is pretty damn strong. You should contact them and ask for the tongue weight / max tow lbs.
