Default Ennis Track 1/4mile didnt let me truck run...

reason being, they didn't believe that my truck was slower then a 13.5 and i didn't have a helmet on... or pants on...

stupid... they didn't even let me run 1 time to see what i run, i told them i don't even know what it runs stock its a low 15 sec truck, if i ran faster then a 13.5 in my truck i would be happy as **** with street tires on...

helmet, close-toed shoes and pants are ALWAYS required at any racing venue, if you never took notice. Even SCCA requires all 3 (i'm not for sure on pants, pretty sure though).

http://www.texasmotorplex.com/rules.php

-A valid state driver's license is required for all drivers.
-All drivers are required to wear long pants, a shirt with sleeves (no tank tops) , and closed toe shoes (no sandals).
-All vehicles are required to have at least one functional taillight.
-Drivers in cars running 13.99 (8.59) seconds or quicker, and all dune buggy type vehicles runnning 14.00 (8.60) and slower are required to wear a helmet meeting SNELL 95 or SFI 31.1, 31.2, 41.1, or 41.2 Specs
-Drivers running 10.00 (6.40) to 11.49 (7.35) must wear a jacket meeting SFI Spec 3.3/1.
-Drivers running 9.99 (6.39) to 7.50 (4.50) or any vehicle exceeding 135 mph are required to wear a jacket and pants meeting SFI Spec 3.2A/5 and gloves meeting SFI Spec 3.3/1.
-A valid NHRA Competition license is required for any vehicle running 9.99 (6.39) or quicker.
-All motorcycle riders are required to wear a full face helmet meeting above Specs, leather jacket, leather boots/shoes above the ankle, and leather gloves. Full all leathers or SFI Spec 40.1/2 suit is mandatory on all motorcycles running 120 mph or faster.
-A seat belt is mandatory in all cars. A three inch driver restraint system meeting SFI Spec 16.1 is mandatory in all cars running 11.49 (7.35) or quicker, and in convertibles running 13.49 (8.25) or quicker and all dune buggy type vehicles.
-A roll bar is required on all cars running 11.00 (7.00) to 11.49 (7.35) and in convertibles running 11.00 to 13.49 and in all dune buggy type vehicles running 12.00 and slower. See the NHRA Rule Book for more detailed information.
-A roll cage is mandatory in all cars running 10.99 (6.99) and quicker or any car exceeding 135 mph. See NHRA Rule Book for more information.
-A driveshaft loop is required on all cars running 13.99 (8.59) seconds and quicker, except vehicles running 13.00 and slower equipped with street tires.

the track i goto you don't really need anything other than $5 extra bucks to get in but if you run under 13 or whatev they get pissed if you dont' have a helmet and under somthing else you need a roll cage and fuel cell and ****

Usually 10 and under you need a roll cage I think thats pretty standard. And like 9 and below you need a chutte.

Im just going to buy a helment, and i should have my Drag Radials on by this friday, so ill take her out to ennis the next time i get a chance and see how she does.

Like i said being N/A with just bolt ons, if i run below a 13.5 ill be very surprised, there was a t56 srt Ram out at the track when i went, i was lined up right next to him when i was going to race, he was running high 13s all day, i wanted to race him so bad.

I had a friend who had a SRT10 ram and i beat him on the street from a low dig like 20 or somthing, not by very much though... but now i have more done and my traction issues will be fixed very soon, caltracs + 325/45/17s Drag ETs going on the rear, and a 2500 Stall... my launches should be amazing... i hope.. if i pull a 60foot better then 2.0 ill be very happy...

srt10s have a ton of power but also are huge so...

Dude I think you will hit 13.5. I know a kid with a bolt on r/t and a basically stock mustang gt (new edge) and they are pretty dead even and the gt is 13.5 car giver or take a couple tenths depending on driver and what not. I think you got 13.5 in her. At least you have dr's. But I guess we will find out.
