Default 2004 performance mods

I would like to make some mods to my 04 4.7 V8. What are some good additions that I can do to quickly add some power to it? I would like headers and exhaust but the headers are too expensive for the little gain right now. I have seen some chip and intake additions on Ebay. What are some of yalls opinions of those off of Ebay. Where are some places to buy?

Thank you,

Tim

We have no clue what motor you have and all of those questions have been awnswered a million times. Use the search feature and it will awnswer everything.

But yeah superchips is always a good option no matter what motor you have, but particually if you have a 5.9. If its a 4.7 or 3.7 its still a good bet.

superchips and the $40 intake of ebay aren't a bad place to start... then take it to a local exhaust shop and have them make soemthign for ya, much cheaper than getting a kit.

and as bpark said, there is a ton of threads like this so do a search and see what comes up

sorry guys I understand. I have the 4.7 and I will change the title. I get tired of sort for a needle in a Hay stack sometimes. I dont like sitting at a computer for a long time looking stuff up all the time.

I have a connection to many things in the automotive industry but I like to ask what people have had good luck with. I have a friend that owns a muffler shop and I have heard some good sounding 4.7's out there and cant wait.

Sorry again.
