theres pluses and minuses of putting a switch on it...DONT FORGET that you leave it on!!!

i was gonna say that only a 160 would be used for "high end" rigs(buggys, not street legal engines...so on and so forth)

id say go with a 180 and see what happens..if it dont change or get better...id look into completely rewireing the fan and having it come on at a certain temp....say...195
