Default A/C Bypass Question

I have a 1999 Dakota V6. My a/c compressor clutch is in bad shape. Temporarily I want to bypass the a/c with a smaller serpentine belt until I can get the a/c clutch replaced. Does anyone know the belt size? I read it's not the same belt used for the non a/c trucks.

I don't see a reason why a non-AC belt wouldn't work. *Unless* the belt would interfere with the A/C pulley.
I don't know the belt size, but any auto parts store should have a book with the belt size for various engines/etc (just like the oil filter book).

Thanks. I read that a non-ac belt does not work but I'll go see what the parts store can tell me.
