97-99 is my guess. My 01 does NOT have the fender badges (as they were discontinued AFAIK after 2000) (idk why RT has them, previous owner maybe?)

Regardless, homeboy is an idiot if he thinks its a 93, its beat to ****, ugly as poo, I would look elsewhere IMHO

I saw the rust on the bumper and step rail, but if it has been taken care of it might be ok. Does this person have service records, how does the interior look (tells allot about how it was treated), what does the motor sound/look like these are things I would ask. You can replace the rusty stuff the truck itself is in good condition, just go with what you feel.
Oh yeah, needs tires too.

my 2001 (yeah a bit dirty).. 1 piece plastic bumper cover, no exposed steel.. maybe cause of my sport trim package. either way, available in 2001
