Default Hey need some advice

Im looking at picking up a 97-00 Dakota as a secondary 4x4 I got a 1996 Cummins 12 valve 4x4 and I love it to much to put it through what I put my old truck through, Mud, Trails etc and all my buddies have midsize and im the only one with a fullsize, So I was wondering if anyone out there has a Dakota that they are pretty rough on I'd like to know how they hold up in the bush and also I'd probally do a solid front end conversion aswell so any tips on that would help.

Thanks!
